I do this by sending you a 5 minute video each morning – that’s right it takes just 5 minutes a day! Plus you have the option to join live Q&A sessions with me in the morning and a WhatsApp group with the other participants so you can support each other whilst you try out the skills.
I’m a busy parent too – I know 5 minutes a day is manageable for everybody.
